Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery
in 2 to 7 working days. Most orders are shipped UPS, FedEx
Ground or USPS.
Usually, UPS or FedEx
will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a
sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in
your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
Express Delivery: You can expect delivery
within 2
working days for orders placed prior to 2:00pm CST.
Express delivery orders are shipped UPS. UPS will ring
your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered
area.
Special Delivery
Items:
Some Heavy or Bulky Items are too large for UPS,
FedEx or USPS and require
an additional delivery charge.
This items can only be delivered by truck to
your home or office.
Store Delivery Orders:

Most orders are ready for pick-up same day order was
placed. Some exceptions (special orders, back
orders, etc.) apply. Clark
Communications Inc. will contact you when your order
arrives &/or is ready for pick up or shipment as
specified by customer.

Your order will be charged to your credit card at
the time it is shipped from our warehouse.
Special custom orders (items not in stock) will be charged at the time of
ordering.

For identification purposes only, please bring the
credit card used for payment when picking up your
order. Orders are held for 10 days only from date of
order date being placed, so please
call if you need extra time to pick up or for
arranging shipment. After 10 days,
merchandise will be returned to the warehouse to be
restocked and a restocking fee may be charged.
Additional amounts paid will be credited back for the merchandise plus applicable
sales tax minus restock fee (if charged).

Return Policy:
Within 30 days of
purchase, all items returned with original purchase
invoice will be refunded back to the original purchaser
for a full refund of the purchase
price paid including tax minus the restock fee (restock
fee applies to special order items only) &/or shipping
costs if applicable. The only exceptions to this
may be for items that have been installed &/or items
tampered with (missing original parts, items broken
after received by purchaser etc.). Those
exceptions will be addressed individually if/when the
situation arises.
